Will became President of brightSTAR Communities in 2019 to help solve the affordable housing crisis in the United States. Will has been an investor in residential and commercial real estate since 1997.  Prior to co-founding brightSTAR, Will led Notting Hill, a real estate firm that acquired and renovated multifamily properties in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio.

Earlier, after he earned his MBA in England, Will consulted in finance, business analysis and strategic planning for a variety of companies throughout Europe. Will earned an MBA with distinction from the Warwick Business School, focusing on Entrepreneurial Finance and Social Entrepreneurship. From 2009-2013, during the U.S. economic recession, Will put his passion for real estate to good use by relocating to South Africa to build a medical clinic in a post-apartheid township.
